Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, please email us (infohealthysolle@gmail.com) to let us know your concerns. We’ll do our best to make you happy, whether it be refund or product credit. If a refund is requested, original shipping cost from HealthySolle will be deducted from the refund. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us through our contact link.

Privacy Policy
HealthySolle.com understands and shares your concern about privacy. We want to assure you that HealthySolle.com respects your privacy. We do collect information on the products browsed and we analyze this information in total to provide an up to date shopping experience for our customers. When an order is placed, we collect basic information including your name, home address, phone, email address and credit card information. We use this information to confirm your order and to respond to any questions you may have. Where required, we also share this information with certain intermediaries (USPS and Product Manufacturers) strictly to process and ship your order. However, HealthySolle.com will never keep your credit card number. For your security, our customers must supply a credit card number with each individual order.

If you make a purchase at HealthySolle.com we include you on our list to receive future email updates about special offers, new products and services, and relevant information. We may also share information gleaned from your use of our site or the purchases you make with companies with whom we have marketing or other business relationships. If for any reason you do not wish to receive this information or do not wish for us to provide information as described in this Privacy Policy, please reply to any of our emails and type “unsubscribe” in the subject line or send an e-mail to our customer service email to opt-out. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time.

We use your Internet protocol address to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information. Our site uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart so you don’t have to re-enter them each time you visit.

Acceptance of cookies is not a requirement to browse our site; however, our shopping cart does require the acceptance of cookies to work properly. Cookies are never used to store sensitive customer information such as names, addresses, passwords or credit card numbers.

If we decide to change our privacy policy in the whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on our website. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice and will apply to all users of our website. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is November 15, 2016.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. We even ship to PO Boxes and military postal addresses. All orders are SHIPPED FREE. Some orders may be dropped shipped from manufacture in Utah to expedite shipping.  HealthySolle only ships product for personal use and not for resale.

Shipping Timeline
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday with the exception of national holidays. Delivery speed depends upon the shipping carrier and service elected during checkout. A summary of the shipping times provided by each carrier is provided below. To estimate the arrival date of an order, please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment prior to shipping.
